Dear St Thomas Aquinas Community,
I hope this newsletter finds you well and in good spirits. As we continue our journey through this school year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on a recent event that truly exemplified the strength and unity of our school community.
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our Assistant Principal, Carmen Myles. Her superb leadership during our recent school event on RUok Day, not only made the day informative but also provided an inspiring moment focused on our well-being. Carmen’s dedication and passion for fostering a nurturing environment for our students and staff are evident in everything she does. Her ability to engage and motivate us all is a testament to her commitment to our school’s mission.
I am excited to remind everyone about the upcoming **Dance Concert** being held this Wednesday night. Students will need to sign in starting at 5:30 PM on the sheets at the tables at the front of the school. After signing in, students can head to their classrooms before the dances commence. It promises to be a wonderful showcase of talent, and I encourage all families to attend.
Please note that I will be away from the school on Wednesday and Thursday this week to attend an Edmund Rice Orientation in Brisbane. Unfortunately, this means I will miss the Dance Concert, but I wish everyone a fantastic evening filled with joy and celebration.
Additionally, next Monday afternoon, we will hold the **Principal’s White Token Lunch** and the **Awards Assembly**. This will ensure that our Year 5 and 6 students, who will be on Camp next Thursday and Friday, do not miss out on these important events.
Thank you once again for your continued support and engagement in our school community. Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead!
Warm regards,
Tim Cleary
